Welcome to Curl E Soap! These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and set out the rights and obligations of both you (the customer) and us (Curl E Soap). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Products

  • We sell sustainable shampoo bars, conditioner bars, and hair masks designed for curly hair.
  • Product descriptions, images, and details on our website are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.
  • All products are handmade/natural, so small differences in color, scent, or weight are possible.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are only final once payment has been received.
  • We accept payments through [list payment methods: iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, etc.].
  • All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders within [x] business days after payment is received. 
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • We use trusted carriers (e.g., PostNL, DHL). Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order has been delivered.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

  • As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
  • To exercise this right, contact us at support@curlesoap.com.
  • You must return the product unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 14 days of informing us.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Once we receive the returned item in good condition, we will refund you within 14 days (using the same payment method as your order).

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products (e.g., shampoo bars that have been unwrapped) cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Liability

  • Curl E Soap is not liable for allergic reactions, misuse of the products, or damage caused by improper use. Please read the product descriptions carefully.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers once the package is handed over.

Privacy & Data Protection

Intellectual Property

  • In case of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
  • If necessary, disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
